Community Support

Drain for the Cure receives support from the Auburn community through some very special events.

Grain for the Cure

Started by Dale Himstedt of Himstedt Farms and D&H Drainage, Grain for the Cure accepts donations of grain, which are then taken to a local elevator to be sold in the donors' names. Shane Gray of S&J Gray Trucking joined the Grain for the Cure effort in 2022.

Game for the Cure

Local football and volleyball games are dedicated to raising money through the sale of Drain for the Cure merchandise and raffles.

Please join us at one of these games in 2024:

  • September 27, 2024 - Football Game at Auburn High School vs. Athens
  • October 7, 2024 - Volleyball Game at North Mac High School vs. Auburn

At the volleyball game, see which team raised the most money for Drain for the Cure. A local celebrity will take a pie to the face for the team raising the least. Be at the game to see it all happen!
