Springfield Plastics, Inc's goal is a quality drainage system for our customers.

This goal just doesn't require our plastic pipe to be the best. This requires that the pipe installers follow the most professional and knowledgeable procedures and guidelines available. Springfield Plastics, Inc. only uses industry recommended installation guides (ASTM, NRCS). We don’t invent our own “system” just to sell more pipe.

We recommend only what is proven best for the landowner. The same set of rules apply to how we produce our polyethelyne pipe. If we are going to put ASTM labels on our pipe and ASTM requires virgin resin, we are not going to pretend that the pipe meets ASTM by using non-virgin materials. If we would do that to a customer what else might we do? This philosophy sometimes causes us to lose sales, but for our customer to have a quality drainage system there really is no other choice.

Springfield Plastics, Inc. also takes great pride in it’s service. Our knowledgeable and trained staff are not located in some faraway place from where the customer’s order is being processed. Our customer service personnel will do what it takes to make the ordering process as simple as it can be and make every effort to try and know the customer and their individual needs. If technical assistance is needed it is only a telephone call away.

Springfield Plastics, Inc. has it’s own fleet of trucks and trailers and believes that deliveries are a key part of the customer’s operation. Schedules not suitable to the customer only lead to inefficiency.	click image for larger view
